Short Biography

Lisa has focused her career on treatment for navigating disordered eating, negative body image, poor relationships with food, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and trauma,  working exclusively with those struggling with weight management and body image concerns. Lisa is passionate about fighting social stigma and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Her approach emphasizes making peace with your body, fostering a healthy relationship with food, addressing emotional eating patterns, and nurturing self-compassion to get you living your best life. If you’re seeking to break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting, tired of feeling judged for your body & choices, or frustrated with the notion of a one-size-fits-all solution, Lisa is here to support you. Lisa uses counselling tools such as CBT and subconscious reprogramming to support her clients to create lasting transformations.

In 2013 Lisa graduated from The Australian College of Applied Psychology as a Counsellor and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition from Deakin University, 2015.
